You might want to try searching the web for "Firefox WSJ website problem." An answer must be out there someplace. Heard Windows 8.1 has problems with some sites, but that probably isn't it. I'd look for a Firefox blog to talk to people about it. Good luck. Stuff can get annoying sometimes.
