"15-12g... CONMAN will delist from sec filing obligations...easier to run his scam."

Considering the ConMan's credit history, burning the best investor a start up could hope for, $5,000,000. Multiple counts of problematic supplier payments and debt, both lumber and redcrap. Refusal to declare property losses, Colten, and Salem both kicked out with multiples of back rent due. Where's that dam Coffee shop the clown bought when pump and dump loans invited the spend thrift? How about south parts, wasn't there 1 or two locations heading towards San Diego? Where's the other locations that were listed? more rental or lease defaults, foreclosures or Sheriff escorted evictions. What's that Georgia thing doing, rumored it's now an auto shop? Once his pal dumped their stock, obviously the ConMan defaulted AGAIN!

Surprise! The home base is craped out, now he declares that somebody is renting 60% of the facility.

It's been a high life party for the ConMan, his crew and boy, free and more likely double the money in payroll, he bought another truck for 94,000 DOLLARS!! SPEND TRIFT IDIOT!! all expense paid vacations from calif to new jersey. SPEND THRIFT!!

BURN, BRUN, BRUN the cash as fast as you can ConMan, there's always another reverse split to be had right??

How is it that he and son personally built a home or two, and earned zero in labor?

claimed the Colten facility was for sale? BS!! Foreclosure! Evictions, are not a secondary term for "for sale!" Moreover a delusion that anybody would pay his debt!

What really gets my goat is, either his hired pumpers or moreover working for stock dumps crew are, completely ignoring his credentials, credit history just to pump their stock or, total idiots! Expecting the discounts he hands em will compensate for all his BS.

Non-disclosure is the ConMan's forte` and his historical financial wreck invite high potential that he'll do whatever to avoid the truth, facts ect. '15-12g' is certainly high odds of being filed.

Corn-fused-us Long-vestor ancient saying: Patience and small movements keep a steady course.

I don't have a humble opinion!

At's ma boy!
