Ethical Question, sort of.

I have been in on-line communication with the "CEO" of a penny stock company. He has explained to me quite a few details of how the company is just using his name, that he never was CEO, and they still have him listed.

I am tempted to post the entire conversation. But I sort of feel I should ask his permission first. He never said anything about it being confidential, or do not share the info. But if I ask him, then he might say "no". Go ahead and just repost what he told me, for the benefit of other shareholders ??

I already posted a few quotes, but some skeptical members think I am just making it up. I don't care what they think, but feel the info should be available for anyone thinking of investing.

This might be the wrong place to post this. Feel free to delete, and let me know a better forum.
