Planning a Phase 2/3 trial before the completion of Phase 1 is a big tell IMO. Leo has been hinting about the efficacy of K as a single agent in the recent PRs. He did the same with B and he was right. So all the "hypes" and "fluffs" about the Phase 2b result turned out to be the truth.

Looking at the current dosage level it seems K will activate P53 and stop new growth of cancer cells but may need supplemental drugs to cancer cells already present - IMO
