Monolith, good post! I agree with the causes of the decline. I think the main purpose of Leo's email is to reassure shareholders no RS. Since he's one of the largest shareholder, emotions can get in the way sometimes.

Actually this is not the first time Leo alerted about shorting. He did the same couple times after hit pieces showed up on SA. The pipeline progressed greatly and the SP more than doubled since. Leo just has the habit to respond to those things, and I think he'll learn from it. So it's not a red flag IMO. I bet if CTIX is uplisted to Nasdaq this week and the SP recovers, everyone will forget about it LOL.
