Pretty Obvious. BL and the Board are circling the wagons. Without a penny of anyone's money they now control the company and protect themselves from shareholder suits (not bulletproof); but what is worth going after. The only asset of the company has been ruled worthless and you'd have to fight to get it to prove its worthless-but BL and the boys will try once MMRF dies. Again if we can prove RHL did not provide MMRF with any cash and that should be easy then we get him. What i believe he did was use his position to cut deals using MMRF stock as scrip to pay vendors etc and called that his line and took stock from MMRF treasury to pay. Not one penny paid. also have him for malfeasance is management by letting rent go unpaid, by not paying lawyers, to the point where they are suing, and not disclosing the assumption of corporate debt without reporting it to stockholders and apparently Board. Don't see any executive sessions. Everyone has been had and seem very stoic about it, not to mention the couple of either very gullible souls or shills (not sure what). Don't let this guy get away with it.
