Why is this important? Because in 2012 INgrooves bought Fontana to expand their digital distribution and increase revenues dramatically (over $125m yearly (3 years ago mind you)

INgrooves is one of the worlds largest (if not largest digital Distributers today )

Guess who was an integral part of Fontana?

Kurt Heidolph is the Vice President of operations (for SMCE) and a key figure to have on board as he was a major player in the buyout of Fontana by INgrooves a few years back. He was able to increase the financial productivity of Fontana by 150%.

Deduction indicates SMCE has brought him on board to restructure their business to fit the same model for buyout as FONTANA.. If he's done it once successfully I see no reason why that wouldn't be your goal the second time around.
