Also there are preferreds Series D, E and now G. How they are going to convert. They still have to pay Lonza 4 mil in addition to 1.8 mil to close transaction. Will that be converted before uplist or after...Will share price be sustained above $2 and if not they have to do split again..So many questions needs to be answered.

If they have deal in place for diagnostic sale that would only save from all this..

Hope for the best..Prepare for worst..That is all I can say.
