agreed, it's just conjecture, but I see this stock being sold by the end of June. To your list I would add:

7. Talk of Feds raising interest rates in the near future; money, in general, will be more expensive

8. At some point a market correction will arrive; even with great drugs, Denner is smart enough to orchestrate a buyout while we're in a bull, rather than bear market
