I realize there's not much to do but wait but we should be a little attentive to the
Possibility of a lawsuit, especially after observing the "buddies" who miraculously migrated
To VNTH. While they need time to develop OUR tech, it also seems the company is using time to kill off the bag
holders at MSGI.
I am still making inquiries with NASA regarding the seeming BS of JB, and the apparent
Carte blanche freedom there giving this guy to tra la la through our hundreds of thousands of dollars
And then to rebirth Nanobeak in some way that seems to be intended to cauterize the connection to MSGI.
NASA has attorneys that are specifically intended to manage patents and space act agreements, and JB &
crew so VERY much need to be better managed. I mean what may happen next? After VNTH, another new
Company? It's pretty outrageous and reminds me of a couple other operators who are constantly trying out
new companies...and demonstrating similar quality. I'm getting more time now so I can address this problem-- I
haven't given up my day job, either, But there should be justice. I'll keep you informed...
