A loan to the Company, from an Insider being the most likely source, is the most practical way moving forward. Only Scott knows whether this is practical for him.

Most likely correct but the problem isn't really where the money comes from it is what the money is secured with.

An insider loan would be backed with shares they really don't have available. They have about $250K left in the AS at the current PPS but I don't know if they are allowed to actually max it out or not.

If they are then it would be a question of if Dan is willing to drop another chunk of change on this stock or not
