Perhaps you are right. That level of clarity sure would be great for everybody. But my humble guess based on following this company for a while is that something much more grey might occur. Like reworking the mortgage to either remove or move the balloon into the future which will allow Heddle to kick the can down the road.

And this reworked mortgage will be declared a grand convincing victory bigger than the RKT deal. You know back when the RKT deal was MONSTER!!!!
