It seems to me that they're strategy is to use the buybacks not to stabilize but rather to add fuel to the upswing. I say this because we had a buyback in place when Ebola hit all the way down to $28 and we ended up with an average buyback on that plan of $42 or so. I don't like it, but that's how it seems to go. We'll see if they plan better this time.
