Amazing how the same set of FACTS can be twisted into such diverse conclusions.

PN... perhaps "all-in", but definitely "in".

Same for SO.

Same for Chrome.

Now, what is OBVIOUS, is that they have purchased the SAME class of shares as are available to all of us.

They didn't buy a special preferred class, or any special voting rights, etc.

Their shares are not immune to dilution.

I think it would be safe to say that those 3 know more about the future prospects of ERHE than all on this board combined.

So, would they bother to buy shares NOW, AT THESE PRICES, if they knew they could get them for a fraction of the price in a few months? ALL 3 OF THEM?

Some are accusing PN and SO of buying so they can sell more debt to keep their paychecks coming. If that is true, what is Chrome's motivation? Debt trumps shares every day when dilution is occurring and causing the sp to fall. Why did Chrome convert already????
