Attention All Bidders: Notice of Intent to Award regarding ....

So we know they "intend" to award the project to MD Energy. We're just waiting on them now to schedule it for final vote at a city council hearing. It's great that the City is moving so quickly on this. It must be a priority project for them. You look at the bid list, and there a bunch of various projects that closed long ago and still are not even to the award pending stage.

There is also an email posted yesterday for notification of pending award under the "addenda and emails" tab

"This is a notification that an award is pending for Notice Inviting Proposal for Design Build 2MW Photovoltaic System At Fresno/Clovis WWRF (3380), with a bid due date of May 5, 2015 3:00 PM (Pacific).

Please visit the bid details to receive the latest information."
