Dropping pps from .17 to nearly and soon to be subpenny... those are the FACTS!!!
990 million AS and rising... those are the FACTS!!!
NonAudited financials... those are the FACTS!!! (even though claiming to audit for years and never really doing it!)
Pathetic unsubstantiated revenue claimed in financials but really only from mass DILUTION... those are the FACTS!!!
ex-CEO of the company a felon and doing jail time next month... those are the FACTS!!!
No current CEO or CFO cause nobody wants to take responsibility for the cooked books or bloated float... those are the FACTS!!!
Still DILUTING big time... those are the FACTS!!!
No SHM... those are the FACTS!!!
A declining pps for nearly 2 years... those are the FACTS!!!
No record of 60,000 NP1s ever produced or sold and never in BEST BUYS even though we were told they were... those are the FACTS!!!
No plans to increase OS over 740 million and company financially profitable so no need to dilute and then the AS/OS raised weeks later and more than 200 million shares dumped into the float... those are the FACTS!!!
Spin off gaming company into new SCAM ticker symbol and will NEVER receive promised share compensation... those are the FACTS!!!
