VOIS CEO & Sole Employee, Kerry Driscoll, has to sign off on those filings.. laying blame elsewhere is a sheepish expression of the FACTS~!
Driscoll is responsible as CEO to make certain that ALL VOIS Filings are in order, and if somebody isn't capable enough, then it is he (Driscoll) who is responsible to find a replacement. Don't MAKE EXCUSES for Kerry Driscoll...
