the chart went up to .05 in anticipation of events that were to occur. Those events didn't occur and the pps went right back down. It doesn't mean that those events will never happen. Obviously something didn't go as planned.
Or, if thought of another way, things went PRECISELY AS PLANNED, for some people. Frankly, I'm now thinking that Marani wasn't listed on the Pumps & Dumps website for nothing.
