As of May 1 , 2015 there were 110,739,382 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.

BMSN is holding 30M of that ... ~ 30%.
Some call it dilution, some would say additional shares.
Doesn't really matter. In the essence BMSN shares nearly lost half of their worth by that maneuver.
