alright,we're broke and waiting now with nothing more to lose by holding for everything to be "dismissed" you say.in the mean time is this outfit doing any business that you have heard of? are there any "REVENUE" numbers that anybody has caught wind of? many other companies are making "pods" also and there not worried about any patent enfringement possibilities,such as one called GROWTAINER and many others.they say anyone seeking patent enfringement is "too costly and just plain futile.there just not worried about any patent enfringement.any comment?
