I get the feeling Maza is pretty savvy guy being from Goldman Sachs background and could be setting this up now with 3M + OS for big pay day for him and shareholders that have hung in and not sold.

The FA trial with Shire is perfect example where results in trial show positive results could be push Shire to buy ILNS for less than $120m royalty agreement.
