It explicitly says that he has no plans to be activist at this time. He also has ties to an exec @ MSLP. I doubt he goes too rogue.

He did try to buy Nutraceutical previously. Maybe he wants to be in this space (he's a former sr exec @ Country Life) and see's the Capstone acquisition as a way to get there.

Also HIG partners who own Capstone is a huge fund with $17B in capital under management. MSLP isn't playing with small no name players. I doubt HIG would've signed the deal if they thought MSLP had zero chance of being a great partner.

Everything points to buy buy buy.
