There's only 1 executor to JF's estate. His estate was settled late last fall. It is possible that there were some shares left in that new acct and are being sold as "fees". Since those shares were transferred from the TA to the acct a long time ago there should be no change in the share structure. The purpose of that acct was to give JF the ability to sell shares without changing the share structure.
