I would like to cancel my subscription but have not been able to get through to an "agent".
Each time I'm told that I'm the first in line and then it directs me to an answering machine. . .

Main reason for canceling is that I can not open ihub half the time. All other websites open easily on my browser, but with ihub, I often have to restart the browser and even turn wifi off and on again.

This is hardly a service I want to pay for, and now I am seeing that it's incredibly hard to cancel the subscription. I have been calling the number provided all day.

Essentially, if I can not get through, I will put a stop payment on my card. . . I'm left with no other choice.
