Have you tried Interactive Broker? I have not had a problem with them.

Hope you are not in a hurry to buy INTK. They are still a long way from proving they can even cover expenses from sales, let alone actually turn a profit. Even at .007 you stand to loose your entire "investment". Your call but at this point even with the PR about Eagle Tile this company is very shaky.
