I think it is a combination of:

1. Retail investors no longer willing to take the chance that the company will be able to raise money for the equipment required to mine this season, and
2. Hopefully . . . the company is actually taking the little money they may get from the dilution to mine this season. They may have already wasting an entire season, which is a significant amount of time for what is left on a presumably hard earning permit. If there is no word on mining as soon as we hit late Spring/Early Summer, then I think you are correct, that this will be back to .000x quickly.
