Merle signed off on the fins and are good as gold. Don't think he would risk jail time in doing so, if they were not accurate. So why would anyone worry about audited or non-audited? No one here knows what is going on behind closed doors and the details of the negotiations. In this particular case maybe audited isn't necessary to be able to move forward with things. Who knows? GEE! No wonder Merle keeps things under wrap so tight. I would too!
