The SEC is already aware of the tardiness.

Expecting the K to be filed soon. I am more interested in all the due diligence on the increase in insurance reimbursement for Calmare. Good sign.


BTW, I have reported your disappointment with the SEC to the SEC.

I cannot imagine why they are not listening.
The nerve of them.
