That's what i wanted to know. Thanks.
Somehow i missed that rev split approval earlier. I saw that news filing earlier, but the language in there was a little misleading fr those of us who scanned thru it quickly.
Now i see justification for today's sell off. Market doesn't like planned rev splits or to hold a stock thru one.
