Steve Samblis needs Equity financing for what??

What exactly is CEO Steve Samblis doing/done with hundreds of thousands of dollars in Equity financing?

He hasn't generated any revenue at all since Joseph Collins was here

It's not like he has used the funds from selling shares to keep SEC current.


So what on earth is Steve Samblis using the funds for?


Are any funds that come in for this company being diverted into CEO Steve Samblis's personal accounts?
