companies don't plan mergers with voided delisted corporations

any possible thought of a reverse merger would begin AFTER the 10-12g filing at the earliest . . . the revocation of the shares trumped any previous thoughts of a back door merger . . . if the current shareholders want their stock to be revived, they should e-mail charter with a cash offer . . .

i'm trying to pick the pocket of the big guys, while they're too busy robbing the bank to notice . . . long only . . .
