While that may be true, that was not the intent of reposting the article here.

I think the parallels, and potential parallels, are obvious. The bold print and italicized portions make the connecting of the dots a little easier for the more challenged...

One of the reasons I bring related stories to the attention of this board, is to widen the perspective of those who feel anatabine is the be-all and end-all of medicines. Rock Creek does not operate in a vaccuum. There tends to be too much hyperbole and rhetoric on this board, which is neither healthy nor constructive for the followers who may want to learn and gain something. Yes, the company whose followers claim their drug/natural compound is the most powerful anti-inflammatory ever discovered, may go belly up. This means, also, that the science does not always win in the end.

Ultimately, I'm trying to keep an open mind and keep my prospects open. I like to hear about natural products that can challenge the current standard of high-priced and risky medical interventions. That's what led me here in the first place. While it may have backfired financially, I've still gained something, and continue to look beyond this 'mess' for a greater understanding of what we, as humans, are up against.
