WSGI received two million shares of TRKK when the GTC assets were sold to TRKK. We don't know if WSGI still holds those shares as they have failed to submit their 10-K and a 10-Q. They may have already found their way to other's pockets along the lines of what happened to the DRNE shares held by WSGI.

TRKK just submitted an S-1 to register a bunch of shares for sale by some of our old "angel" investors and consultants. Any shares held by WSGI were not addressed in the S-1.
