The filing said that there were 1,400 rounding shares give out. If that is true then that would make OS 140k worth of round ups. That cant be right because of the OS only being 111k. Am I reading this right?



Subsequent to March 31, 2015 the Company issued 1,400 rounding shares pursuant to the reverse stock-split effected on November 4, 2014.
