I'm still waiting on the sidelines for this one.

This stock and situation is very similar to ADM*
With the exception that ADM*
paid for circulation in high newletter promotions,
while RCHA stock did not.

If the stock has value it's easier for a company to get money.
Otherwise they have to do 8k's and dilute the shares.
