Nicmar, great post and thanks. I think that the folks talking about a crash are just sending out fear, and may make it happen just by creating fear... and they will profit from it.
My son Ross is graduating from college this Saturday with a 5 year professional degree in Architecture. He is also an Air Force ROTC Cadet, so on Sunday we will get to attend his Commissioning Ceremony as a 2nd Lieutenant in the USAF. So we are busy.
Got kinfolk coming in... boiling shrimp, making soups, sandwiches and chips, mac salad, etc. tonight. Off to the big city Houston tomorrow for the weekend.
I responded to one of your posts and it was deleted. In case you didn't see it... I said that I hadn't deleted ANY posts, yours or otherwise... even if they attacked me. I also mentioned how happy we are with our John Deere 120 lawn tractor... going on 10 years and only had to do regular maintenance and replace 2 batteries, 2 blades, and one gearbox because my wife likes to clear land with it... she figures anything the tractor can drive over, it should be able to mow it... but old stumps play hell with the mower deck that is designed to cut grass, LOL!
