THis is about the LOW RISK PRISON WORKERS who are located near the California worksites in Orange County and Fullerton, who with the right GRANT writer could be using federal funds to put them to work growing HEMP and Medical Marijuana for use as Ethanol Biomass. FOrget the Department of Energy, that's just the appetizer here folks, the main course is the Department of Labor in California. It's about public opinion and creating jobs in the ETHANOL sector. America could care less about profit, BOTH Hillary and Christie need JOBS to get votes, not money. Wives don't want a rich lazy husband at home, they want one that goes somewhere and actually does something real they can be proud of; like making ETHANOL out of MEdical Marijuana WASTE!
