I would wager to guess that they are not doing business in the US most likely due to the lawsuit. Pure conjecture on my part as well but it makes sense to me. Also, the fact that they are partnered and apparently still in business per the email Tempy sent to that partner that forwarded his email to Jim. I am too lazy to go back and find the original thread...
