The Bar reviewed all of the evidence and charged him TWICE in 2 cases.

The Disciplinary Council of his peers, 3 of them, found him guilty and disbarred him for 4 years.

The Bar's Indemnity Fund, which was reviewed by 3 different lawyers, paid me and 1 other investor for the money we lost.

Do you really think that all these independent reviewers are pursuing a frivolous lawsuit against poor Ken?
