I can almost guarantee the AMF won't see eye to eye with you on that one. Just because the company announced the acquisition prior to it finalizing (not standard procedure) doesn't mean they should further stray from standard procedure by announcing details. I'm sure you can agree no one is eagerly accumulating shares in anticipation of the acquisition I.e. there's no need for such emphasis on "safeguarding."

Just my opinion. We'll see how it plays out.
