You are not taking in to consideration the fact it's rare to find subjects who have NOT been treated for cancer yet. You have to go to mostly 3rd world country's to find them. In developed world cancer is usually treated right away. This trial is huge leap in fate to try before surg. chemo. Would you do it? Not knowing anything about CVM? I don't know if I could do it.
