Every time I see those sorts of trades, I just figured it's one of the MM's balancing out his books. Makes sense that along the way someone enters one number wrong during all their trades and finally one of the two parties figures out the error and they have to make it right.
I don't see how it's a big deal.
Just my thoughts.

Paint jobs in EITHER direction are a cry for help.
