I think this is the first RS CIRC has ever done. Prior to this all they have ever done is forward splits one in 2001 and another in 2007.

So what makes you think this will become a pattern?? I agree this board can be a joke sometimes with all the non facts and emotion posts but I deal in facts. Also you said they have been doing it for tens years well that's the amount of time they've been in bed with PB.
