I spoke with Hudson today; I asked him this question: Is HFBG alive or dead? He said it's alive and will be in control by a private entity called Co-Resource Strategies, Inc. (I believe). They now control the shell (according to Hudson). Not too sure if it's related to this gold company. He said he and Grande wishes all future shareholders success. At the moment the name is still HFBG. jmo.
