The company has the Warning Triangle displayed for a reason.
It is a month late with a mandated Financial filing, which Vincent obviously has no intention of filing.
Because it would show NO revenue, NO assets, NO progress of achieving any announced strategy, so basically NO hope of ANY recovery.

He is, like a true coward, hiding from his abject business failures.
