Wonder if any of the investigations had anything to do with Eco being terminated from HD. Eco lost one legal battle with a builder and assume there were others. DTC,SCE..i believe the HD was done long ago but Conman milked it til he had no choice but to issue an 8K as HD lawyers probably mandated he disclose the end.
we'll see what the crook does next, should be interesting to watch.
