That's probably one of the easiest red flags to see with a mining company on the pink sheets.



It most certainly is. Anytime you see a US company claiming "NI 43-101", it is fraudulent. The same is true of ANY company assigning a monetary value to in-ground minerals. Always fraudulent.

And CGFI did both.

Even if a person knew nothing else about this company, those two red flags was more than enough to identify this company as fraudulent. And a person doing their DD could have identified that in 30 seconds. Hopefully the shareholders that got taken by CGFI learned from their mistakes and won't get caught by another company committing the same type of fraud.
