So since there are around 91 million common shares out there...and a bunch of warrants so lets say 110-120 million potential shares...that $35 million offering is around a 20-30% dilution....(and that's assuming a $1/share offering which is WAAAY above what I think it will go for...more like 80 cents

..and I think the $1.1 million note due in July was a loan from Geert
