I agree and price discovery at this point will be critical. Geert's overall cost basis along with his executive suite is still underwater and we'll just have to see how this works out. My feeling is that the hoped for settlement is now no longer worth speculating on, rather the enrollments being completed after year end 2015; will most likely go into 2016. Hope to read the 8K next and see how far down we trade today.
