The landlord of office properties served HHSE Monday, April 27, and it was RESOLVED Monday, April 27 (less than 24 hours).
The actual amount was $33,000 (almost ENTIRELY from 2008 and 2009 when the previous tenant Empire Film Group wasn't paying the rent).
This was NOT the result of HHSE not paying the rent.
End of story.
